Lessons on nutrition from someone who lost 30kg and spent years figuring out what actually works.

Ever stepped on the scale and been shocked by the number staring back at you?

Ever looked at lean, athletic people and quietly thought
“Maybe my body just isn’t built like that”?

Ever tried cutting out bread, rice, and pasta because you thought carbs were the problem?

Ever tried eating “super clean” but still felt tired and lethargic?

Ever spent money on diets, supplements, or health advice that promised results but never seemed to last?

Or wondered why the harder you tried to follow nutrition advice, the more confusing it became?

I’ve asked all of those questions myself.

At 23 years old I was nearly 100kg, exhausted most of the time, and convinced that having a healthy, lean body might simply not be possible for me.

Eventually I lost over 30kg by changing what I ate, when I ate, and how I approached food. No complicated systems. No extreme workouts.

But losing the weight was only the beginning.

Since then I’ve spent years experimenting with different diets, questioning common nutrition advice, and slowly figuring out what actually works.

This newsletter is where I share what I’ve learned.
